ik these are used for locked safes, where are these crates? and why are there 3 different keys?

Each key is for there own locked safes. You can find them in looter bases, civ bases, and all over the place if you look hard enough in buildings and such.

The loot is amazing to say the least and will always make you scream like a little girl when you find a safe that you can use the key on lol.

For example in the depot there is a locked safe that requires i forget, brass key? and others around the map.
