crafting recipes?

so in one of the first quests you craft a makeshift gun, but I'm wondering what other crafting recipes have people found(of if there are any)? I found some powder which it says you can use to make ammunition but im not sure what all I need.

also it would be cool if you could make first aid kits by combining bandges, antibiotics, etc. I tried doing that but it doesn't work.

oh, and campfires. how do you make them?

As far as I know there's only 3 recipes right now - the homemade rifle from the tutorial, an axe and a campfire. I don't know about the axe but I think you craft a campfire by just combining 2 bundle of sticks you pick from bushes.

At this moment, there's craft of only 3 items: campfire, axe and rifle. In future, the list will be longer, of course.
Here're the recipes:
Campfire = Brushwood + Brushwood
Rifle = Board + Metal Tube + Catch Bolt + Insulating Tape
Axe = Old Handle + Bicycle Sprocket + Insulating Tape

A little off topic, but could you make so nps doesn't respawn when you are in their area? just got killed from an npc spawning right behind me after scouting the area for players and npc alike.

naw eff that, that gets rid of a lot of the tension. gotta move fast

I hope that the recipes will come with some help about which elements are needed, rather than go trial and error :-)
