How do you get rid of traitor tag?

In another thread they say 90 minutes to remove the Traitor tag...

here you say for EACH kill 90 minutes.. and on another post u say 90min from the last kill ... what is now correct ? i ask because lots of civillians ran against my APC and died and I didnt do anything. It´s a bug i guess

some d1ck just kept spawn killing 10 guys at the looter spawn with grenades. this is a MUST FIX otherwise one guy can turn the entire experience sour. developers we expect u to fix the grenade traitor bug with the next patch this should be #1 on your to do list!!!!

Why not just murder the guy throwing grenades, take all of his grenades, hide for an hour and a half, then sell all the grenades?

they are in safe zone where u cant kill unless u use this grenade glitch.

:( I want this game, but it looks like I'm waiting until next patch. Can you store your good/equipped items in a safebox or something before going to vendor to avoid getting those looted? Or these people are just stealing all the items you're trying to sell. Sorry for all the questions, I just don't want to fall into the same trap I did when I got miscreated.

tbh ive never had it happen to me, only heard of people doing it. so i dont know how widespread it really is. but yes you can store stuff in the stash which is the same NPC as the vendor

Kill spawning traitor , Thats very easy if he in your camp STALK/ KILL HIM when he goes to kill guys , these guys can be TW*TS but its great rep killing them ok

only took an hour and 30 minutes for me to lose my traitor status after killing alot of looter npcs, was working on getting my rep back to become a civ.

if you kill looters while you are traitor does it improve reputation?
