Does Surgeon Simulator have a Spectator Camera?

I've been really enjoying games that give you a third POV, so instead of seeing your view the compositor (and therefore anyone you're streaming to) sees another view in game. Some experiences I've seen that include this option are:

Tilt Brush
Climbey
Paintey
Job Simulator
Fantastic Contraption (if buggy)

Does Surgeon Simulator have this optoin?

There is an option in game called "Spectator" not sure what it does yet
