Is room-scale really necessary?
Job Simulator said the same, but I was able to play it seated or standing-room only. What about this game?

You might need to move like two steps in any direction to get everything you need, but im pretty sure you can still play standing

I have a room scale setup, about 3x4 meters/yards. An "optimum" space according to the guardian setup. I still found sometimes I had to reach outside my safe zone, and sometimes end up touching RL objects while trying to interface in game.

I just bought a vr headset, but I'm going to have a hard time with room scale. My area is extremely small. and more than a step or two and I'm going to hit something.

I am in a small rroom, and had to occasionally lift up the headset. I would sometimes have to reach for things that were in real life under my desk, and have to walk forward and back, some of the items in the game were inacessible due to the placement of objects in my room, so I would say so.

A bit more than standing room is necessary, I'm not sure why the developers haven't implemented a teleport function which would solve this

i am physically unable to play the game, since my play area is too small. I cannot reach that top drawer under the plant :( Oculus home defines my play area size as "moderate" but i have no problems in other games, since they do support moving with the sticks like a teleport functionality. I am a bit bummed, i think the humor is really my type and want to play on!
