How do you add more cars to coaster station?
I am able to increase the length of the cars but can't change the number of cars present. Is there anyway to do this yet or is this a bug?

At the mo everything is just one train, multiple trains still need to be implimented.

multiple trains already work.

You need to use block break sections.

you got to place 2 block sections in order to get a second train, or 3 block sections to get 3 trains, there has to be a block section behind the train you are adding if not, then you cant add a train

I've tried adding multiple block stations to the straight tracks and I have only got 2 extra cars once and even then they would'nt move out of the last block station. so they would get stuck.
Possible to just make it like the old games? IE bigger station = more trains/cars. with the option of a timed delay obv.

Yeah I agree, it is a little annoying and would rather just have it simplified.

its not difficult if you think about it the track gets broken down into sections a train has to clear a section of track before the next train can enter it so you will need to add 1 more block section for the amount of cars you want to add so if you want to add 2 trains you place 3 block sections

3 trains 4 block sections

here is a diagram to explain it

@___#_____________@______#____@__________#_______________#

if you imagine @ are your trains # are your bock brakes and ____ is your track

the furtherest train from the right has to move to pass the second last # to enable the middle train to move into the next track section once that trains has cleared the block brakes the last train can the nenter the cycle you cant have 2 cars in the same section in sense

I literally had the back of my station like: @__#_________#__@______#_______# with the first being the station. I did not get access to a third car and the 2nd car.which spawned there, got stuck in station so I couldn't finish the test (obv.)

You need to make sure the distance between block joints is double the distance if your train

I just screwed around with the preset coaster builds to figure out how to get multiple trains, and finally got it on all of them.

First off to make the block brakes work to get yourself a second train, you need to have at minimum Block brake-Regular brake-Block brake set up. I've tried it with other set ups and this one seems to be the most reliable to get multiple trains.

The hard part, at least with the preset tracks, is to find out how long to make the set to get the coaster to work correctly. Theres also a bug that wont allow a single length track (the smallest length you can make the track) connect to the station. I've found that if you have a block-regular brake-block, then find that button on the back of the station that automatically connects the track, it almost definately makes it work (it'll even create a block brake that has a bend in it and has enough length that it'll work correctly). If the block-brake-block set up is too short, the train will sit at this section and the one in the station wont move forward. If this happens, you'll need to add another block brake towards the station (which is where that auto connect works well). As long as its a block-brake-block, it doesnt matter how many block brakes you have at the end of this section (block-brake-block-block). Also, you can make the block-brake-block sections as small as they can go, but this usually incurs the issue where the train at the station wont move (and is fixed as said above), but works fine with single car trains.

Finally, if you start from the back of the station, make the block-brake-block setup instead of going from the last bit of the track to the station, the second train will spawn backwards and will try to run backwards as well (bit of a bug ;).

I hope you can figure this out for yourself, and I recommend messing around with a simple track until you get it to work. It's probably the easiest way to figure it all out.

so you have actually got 3 trains to work? I got two trains to work but really if its that simple, wow why didn't they highlight that at gamescon?
