when the line is extremely long. Once while at Cedar Point I waited in the normal Millenium Force line for about an hour and a half, that is pretty normal.
You really have to think in this game which is pretty realistic. If it is the first ride in the park or something a ton of people pass by on a main drag you will have to make sure there is a longer queue line to account for that as a lot of people will just go through the park riding everything they pass.
You can stop them from getting bored in the long queue by adding some nice scenery to look at around the queue.
If it is a coaster, you can try to edit the coaster and add some more station parts so that you can add another train or more cars to the current train.
I hope the ability to add queue scenery comes in the final release. In RCT3 you could put benches inside the queue which I have seen in a few real life parks.
