But I still like the idea! Maybe after everything else is ironed out I will try to implement a lifelong career mode that is single player only.
I can't promise this though....
Hell add it in as Paid DLC most would probably buy it considering how liked your game is :) And honestly truth be told even that small amount of DLC is better quiality then some of the AAA games put out for DLC ROFL.
Glad to hear a single player career somewhat syncs and was already taken into consideration.
It came to my mind when I realised that the strength of your partner can be changed to your own playing level (great feature). Making the career more challenging longterm, but somewhat pitiful to just have it last four seasons. Game seemed to easy to me until I realised it was because of my expert ai-partner. I love to see him make some of the stupid mistakes I'm used to make myself... at least it gives me something to yell at. :)
