If you want to train your aim, I think Reflex and Strafing are very good. Reflex are undepredictable shots (practicing flicks) and Strafing helps your track and it can also practice your flicks against moving things. I started to play Aim Hero for 10-30 mins a day before I play OW. Players like Effect and Sayaplayer using Aim Hero for like 30 min - 2 hours before playing OW.

One thing I can recommend is OSU for warming up your fingers and it also has some aim-disciplins fo example when you need to click, which are very important for Hitscan heroes like Mccree, Widowmaker and Hanzo.

If you want more info about this, just check Surefour's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1YS3dPWf6Xw

He has an very deeply explanation and good insights about aiming in general.

This is my personally opinion and I don't know if it helps you, but I think this is helping me when it coms to aim-practice.

I hope my advice would help you a little bit :)
