Can I train my overwatch aim on this?
What the title says, I want to improve my mcree aim but not sure if it would be effective and if this supports an overwatch mode? Can I set my sensetivity exactly the same? Or do I need to kinda guess?

You can just calculate your sensitivity by using your mouse's dpi and your ingame mouse/aim sensitivity. Then recheck by measuring the length you need for either 180 or 360 degrees on your pad with a ruler.

I would say yes, i got Aim Hero to train my aim tracking for Zarya and Tracer, now i use the game also to train McCree and those other hitscans and for warm up (because QP is trash), I'm very satisfied with the results :)
I think you can use the same sensitivity as in Overwatch, because Aim Hero has in the sensitivitiy options a setting for specific games and in my opinion it's one to one or at least nearly the same as in Overwatch.

Bro there's in settings you can choose from which game you want to set your sens. There's Overwatch as well.

That only works if both games in question have exactly the same field of view.

@OP Yes, you can, and not only Overwatch but aim in general. Aim is kinda universal across all FPS games.

Yes, I would assume that one matches them up, too.

Using this for OW aiming, are there any guides for general analysis of what your results mean and how to improve? Basically, I can't tell if I should be upping my sens or lowering it to get better results, in OW. With this trainer though, has anybody put something like that together that people use?

Just be sure to use 71 as Field Of View and select Overwatch on Mouse Sensitivity

I use default sens and default fov and 800 dpi on overwatch. what would that be on here?

also i did this for 5 mins and my arm starting shaking really bad
will this get better?

technically yes, that's your arm strength simply giving out, same as if you were lifting weights in a sense. try getting an armrest so you can rest your arm, and remember that in an actual game you'll have more time to relax between fights.
