Will this Caesar IV get a Patch?
I know the game is old but it has issues trying to run the game. I get the D3DX9_29.DLL is missing from my computer message. This seems to be a common problem with Caesar IV on Windows 10.

We need a patch.

it did not work. I tried every written instructions. D3DX9_29 dll problem!!!
