Am I the only person in the entire world not allowed to use the requests cheat.
I've tried every variation on the cheat i can find, and it does nothing. Apparently I am the only person in the entire world who the cheat does not work for becaude everyone else says it works. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE LUDICROUS REQUESTS FROM ROME SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those requests definitely get annoying and can wreck a starting economy

Especially crazy ones like "100 glass in one year" happening in the first year
Twan Jun 3, 2017 @ 4:40pm
Is that on Caesarea? I had so much excess glass on that map I was almost glad to get rid of it :D

i can't recall, but you know what else gets me mad, I have their pay at max but it's not enough, I am so sick of the greed they have, it's just plain bad programming.

That was a huge problem for me too but I found out that you just need more money in your treasury, so increasing the pay actually makes it worse, because they are worried that you won't have enough to pay them. It depends on how many workers you have, usually 1,000 is enough I think.

I actually just now looked it up and found that out, on a ceasar 3 forum oddly enough.

I do remember for some campaigns, first few requests are impossible to fufill. Like asking for weapons (at the same time you are preparing for an invasion). I just ignore the requests but i'll start stocking for the 3rd or 4th request. As long Rome doesn't send their angry mob after falling out of favor, it's fine to ignore the requests for now. I played on the hardest difficulty

mabbe more details? you mean ur buildings are collapsing despite having engineer posts? are the engineer posts full staffed?

This is an old issue I've had for a long time. it usually only happens after a long time, but I'm better at the game now so that's often. Pretty much, everything is hunky dory and every job is filled, suddenly out of nowhere everything falls apart because, for no identifiable reason, the engineers never leave their building. They just wait in video game oblivion while the city falls apart. Fully staffed, full road access, nothing changed since they did work, they just stop.

Ah yes that bug, happens to me on my previous pc. It happened to me for mega huge cities. Half way my cities start burning and collapsing. I can put fully staffed posts around. Wouldn't help. I thought the same thing would happen again, so I reloaded my saves on a brand new pc and gave it a shot. Strangely, it didn't re-occur. Might be due to processing speed and memory your PC can handle?

No i've been playing it from my old wimpy win vista to my less wimpy win7 to my now not wimpy at all win 10, so it's not that.

I would suggest consulting a walkthrough instead of using a cheat. With the walkthrough you know which demands are coming and can prepare..built your city accoordingly.
