Why I have to link game with Epic to play?

Most of the complaints nowadays isn't because of the quality of the Epic Game Store... or even the crap the developers of that storefront and launcher have done. Some people just like having all of their stuff centralized on one launcher. Makes for a tad less amount of juggling online accounts and having to switch from launcher to launcher when you want to play a game, that is providing you stay logged into only one at any given time.

Shut up. Why the hell would someone need to link to an epic account when they bought it on a different platform? I bought this game years ago on steam & then forcefully demanding I link an epic account to have the full experience is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Until you pay for my copy of the game you don't get to tell me what the hell I'm allowed to complain about, it's my money, my game, my pc.

Thank you! Love your game and can't wait for Redout 2, but I really don't want to use more DRM's than needed. It's just bloadware on user's end.

Only when there is parity with transparency, which is rare. So, no, crossplay is not always a good thing. It's slowly improving, though.

Vitriole aside, the ability to talk back to people is not an indication of intelligence on your part. Quit gas lighting people. It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing to do. Everyone has the right to their opinion. Additionally, they are correct. You didn't buy their game, you don't own their PC, you certainly do not pay their ISP, what tells you that you have the right to tell them how to think?
