Are the Lunare series really that bad?
I'm having a hard time telling whether or not that's right.

I was able to buy all Vehicles Class I+II and Upgrade them (have only the Conquerer left II to Upgrade) and ESA and Lunar Class I-IV fully Upgraded. I like the look from Koenigsegg. I must try them all. But atm i love Lunar and ESA most.

The handling, boost (energy pool + regen), look (sexy), and size (not wide) of the Asera has prevented me from using other ships... aside from the Dragoon & Sulha on occasion... but I love the feel of Asera. I have bought all ships & upgrades, but am simply too jaded to even use most of them.

In 1.4.0 (July 2nd) the Lunare did receive a reasonable boost power boost to make it a bit more competitive with the Asera and Sulha, but it is still behind by a good margin. It made it a bit better beyond any doubt though, just not enough to put it on equal terms on the pro-level with those two.

can't quite wrap my head around why koenigsswert is so bad...if you compare stats it shouldn't be too far off asera... (talking full upgrade class IV). does accelleration stat tie into boosting?

I wonder me more that i dont see any Positive Feedback about the Buran DLC ship. Most of the other Ship Manufacturer have its fans. But Buran seeems more BUH-ran. XD :SBpenguin:

The problem with Buran is that its a slightly worse version (acceleration) of Sulha or a slightly better (energy reserves) Conqueror depending on your outlook. Either way, it just doesn't measure up quite as well with Sulha or Asera unless like Zeph says, you're on a track that REALLY doesn't punish having a slow recharge rate. And even then, Sulha is still a better ship thanks to a vastly superior acceleration and slightly faster energy recharge.

Where Koeniggswerth has a slightly better top speed, it has an inferior energy system to Asera and the worst acceleration in the game. And even though its faster, its still the second slowest machine in the game. Second worst top speed and worst acceleration is not a desirable combo, even if it has a relatively good energy system.

I stopped using Lunare since i considered it cheating :steamhappy:

Then i realized it's just the AI that sucks.

And yes, Buran sucks and is ugly. I mean, i even use conqueror because it looks cool, despite being what Gran Turismo taught me american cars are: all power, no control :steammocking:

I found out that Lunare is realy Powerfull on straight forward Maps. With Turbo as Active and Propellor as passive Skill.

What i not understud is that ESA with less Grip drives better then Lunar in Maps with a lot of Jumps and curves.

And call me Paranoid but i feel a difference in Air Control between the Cars.

In a Map i playd, i crash so often with the Lunar that i give up. Later i tryd the Map with ESA and it was so easy that i reach the Gold Medal. Now i love the Map and can Farm it for cash if i wish.

This Game have some hidden Values, or maybe the combination of some attributes works better then others, i dont know.
