Hurry and collect achievement glitch

I know that this game is old, but in case someone would have problems with this one, then your time actually has to be ABOVE 1 hour, because... reasons. And of course it still has to be under 90 minutes, so if you actually were faster than 1 hour, wait a bit and then finish the game, otherwise the achievement won't unlock.

I guess that this happens because the game checks if both of those are true:
- hour parameter is no higher than 1
- minutes parameter is no higher than 30

Therefore with a time of 0 hours 59 minutes for example, the first statement would be true, but the second one is false. So you need a time of 1 hour 0 minutes, so both of the statements are true.
