Dataminers

cannot move or select tiles randomly when using controller.

love the game but (randomly) after selecting an incorrect tile, my controller wont allow me to move an select a new one. the controller is charged and working fine (pause, etc.) but i cannot move when selecting the next tile so I have to start over at which point it works fine again. It happened about 3 times in an hour of gameplay...not sure if its a bug or a feature for choosing incorrectly....

Early impressions + feedback! (tldr; keyboard controls and hotkeys and Zen mode grind)

Hey there, lovely game, got it via keymailer and just finished my first session. I did the first campaign, a bunch of time trial, some odyssey, and some zen. I definitely like it overall, and thought I would set down my feature wishlist here. * Keyboard controls! I'm constantly trying to move with the keyboard; would much prefer to move with WASD and rotate camera with Q/E. Normally in an isometric environment WASD can be a bit funny, but it's not hard to adapt to (and you can't move into mines anyway) *...

Dear Dataminers!

The time has come! I’ve released Dataminers!

This game has been a part of my life for almost 6 years! Unbelievable! I developed the prototype in 2020 and kept working on the game ever since. Over the past year, I finished the roguelike campaign, revamped the Time Trial mode, improved the Zen mode, and developed the Odyssey mode!

In addition to all the graphical improvements, the game finally got its final sound design this year.

The game is out now, but development continues. Please post in the discussions what you like, what you don’t like, and any suggestions you have for adjusting the game’s balance and controls.

Few Suggestions and Questions

Please implement camera rotation using middle-mouse click n drag, Further zoom level possible? I couldn't zoom out far enough to see reachable numbers on the other side of a tower. Elapsed time to be paused when using the map level select. Option to disable auto-rotate camera.
