Something quite narrow is like walking sideways/shimmy across vs facing body fwd & sort'a *staggerring* your feet.
Again - haven't tried it yet, going to in few hours.
So just wondering what people's experiences/preferences were for "best experience".
Note: In Richie's demo video it looks like the *plank* might be a bit wider.
Length -
Also wondering what's best for a max size room.
I guess I'll just go experiment. Be interesting to hear what others run into.
BTW - Just tried it out with ~2x8in (72in long).
Going to experiment with longer/narrower.
Loving it so far - well worth the money! Off to write a review & then play with diff plank sizes this evening.
I went with similar, 2x8...but it was already cut short (xtra piece I had) to 6ft.
However, I've got some longer (& some slightly narrower) pieces so going to try that.
A longer walk, like you did, sounds better!
Q: Did you put it up on something?
I used a thick book on one end & sponges on other. Worked well & created bit of flex & wobble. ;)
I live in Canada - half-heartedly embracing the metric system for decades now! hehe ;)
