MWC will not be more optimized, it still has the same unity engine so expect same performance.

The car parts system is rewritten so that should be about 10% more FPS

People will ask questions that don't need to be asked in the first place. But if you really have a issue you don't have to reply and add interaction to boost it to front page.

1. It's dependent on the state MWC release. It may not handle the increased parts very well, or it may do so flawlessly. It's all dependent on what Topless wants for a EA MWC.

2. I highly doubt that, since it'll be too easy to cheese. But I'm certain that we will have new fun (or not fun.) ways to decrease our stress. Like possibly making snowballs and making our neighbor's face turn into frosty.

3. Last time I checked, the only "stages" we'll have for specifically the Main job is: Fired, Hired, and unemployed. With a possibility of getting a pay increase with a trial. Otherwise Topless hasn't said anything about actually getting "promoted" or anything.

However the car does have way more parts, so i think both factors kind of cancel each other out.

Tbh yeah I agree, but I mean, I usually ask stupid questions like "Uhmmm what does the heater do?!" before digging around the list of discussions

It depends mostly on how much you hoard spare parts laying around in the map. For that reason there are easy ways of getting rid of the useless parts, even for some money. But even when the car is fully built and has more parts and more details, it performs better than car in the MSC.
