2- Probably the same as npc cars from MSC. There is no point in doing the interior of npc cars in detail

If we compare to the MSC at the time when it came out, MWC is a lot more finished and has a lot more content. But then again some things that are in the MSC right now, are missing from the MWC. Like cutscenes, endings and radio program content.
