My Game will not save correctly please help

Every time i save my game it restarts the game

it always puts me back on Monday. my money at 3000, and my attributes go back down to 0 as well
some parts saves, for instances my sub frame was put back into the garage but my wishbones were still there attached??
I've noticed if i park the tractor at the house it teleport's back at the uncle's house, but whatever i have in it stays where i originally parked the tractor??

I did install MSC Editor and used it to flip the tractor bc there was no way in hell i could get that thing up. and it was working fine no issues. then all the sudden i noticed my muffler falling off and every time i reloaded the game it would keep falling off, but be attached??, i started a new game and that's when noticed more issues

I opened the editor to watch if the game was saving the data, for example, i got my thirst all the way up and saved the game, i then reloaded the game and it went back to 0.
the editor and it still kept saying my thirst was 0

theses are the things I've attempted to fix but with no luck:

- i went threw app data and made sure all files were not on "read-only" also did the same with Amistech folder. didn't work it kept somehow going back on "read-only"

- Uninstalled the MSC Editor, did absolutely Nothing! it was the equivalent of going to McDonald waiting in like for 10 min and be like "hey girl.. *inhales* how deep is your belly button? " NOW your in jail going as a registered sex offender, then got touched by a DAMN clown named Bubbles.. not sure what i was expecting to happen there

- made a copy of the "mysummercar" file and saved it in my downloads and then deleted the Amistech folder started a new game and left and replaced it with the folder i have in my downloads. it worked kind of but, but things were still broken.

- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game like a crackhead, i don't know what i was expecting to happen there, but i had hope

heres something that you can try. try launching MSC as administrator. that might be able to fix certain issues and mainly avoid any file permissions

It didn't work, i made a new game just put on the sub frame and wishbones on. when i logged back in, the DF wishbone was the only thing on the car. just as a added measure i read something about it possibly being the anti- virus software, so i reset it on my computer as default and it did nothing .

oh also turn off steam cloud saves. that could mess with the save files

I have fixed the issue, it was my steam files themselves i had to delete all files i had, the %appdata% and the one under steam -> common.

So have you solved it? Because from what I've read I have the same problem. Please can you explain me step by step?
