FPS Capped at 30?
as Title says i recently bought a new oled tv with a screenrresolution of 3840x2160 i set the settings of the game to it and MOP too but it just keeps it on 30fps for no reason and this game should be a piece of cake for a rtx 3060 ti

unity engine is not really known to care about gpu power, rather cpu.
but let's break it down

1- what hertz is the monitor set to in windows?
2- do you play with vsync on? that plus 1st question might be the reason
3- 3060ti isn't that good for that huge resolution, try to step it down a bit, see if it helps
4- MOP is abandoned and it might bring bugs with it, but it still don't think that's the reason, it config comes with fps uncapped by default

i play the game with a ryzen 7 5800x3d on full graphics and no mop stuck at 165fps (due to vsync and hertz).

I'd start by seeing if the runs good with no mop and at 1080p, after that, start to step it up step by step

via windows its capped at 60hz i would love to have more but my hdmi cable doesnt support more lol i tried with normal hd resolution but it did not work either its still stuck at 30 so my gpu is not strong enough? can you give me an advice with one would be enough to get the resolution i was thinking about a rtx 4060 ti my pc in general needs an upgrade tho lol

The game doesn't care about your GPU, it's basically all single core CPU performance. You may wanna try without MOP and make sure V-sync is not turned on.

^ just like kirby said, this game, raw single core performance on your cpu is all it cares about, if your current cpu doesn't have that, you already failed.

when it comes to that resolution, this game in specific you shouldn't have any problems running it with that gpu and a better cpu, problem comes with other games, other than a 4080 - 90, there's no real gpu that's good with 4k resolution

have you taken a peek at your drivers versions? if there's any updates? that also might help
(i advise 561.09 for nvidia), im not familiarized with intel, if that's the cpu family you're running, i can't help you with that, you're on your own

Try a different HDMI cable - as far as I know the older ones are only suitable for 4k with 30 fps.

I don't see OP's CPU mentioned

Oh sry I read GPU instead of CPU in your posting. My fault.

The CPU utilization being low makes sense, because the game runs on a single core and even in general high CPU games don't use every bit of the CPU.
Regardless that CPU should get better performance than that. You could try reinstalling the game and starting a new save file.

ok but what does it have to do with the savefile when the framerate is even capped in the main menu?
