Bug with dumping waste fine

I dumped waste in front of Inspection shop and got a fine. I paid it and after that got another one in my mail box, which I ignored and ended up in jail. I checked my mail box again after I had been realised from jail and guess what. How do I stop these infinite fines? I guess I should use MSC editor, but I don’t know the name of code, that is responsible for fines. Could someone help me, please

same roblem here but different location. or at least WAS a few months ago. I emptyed the truck as edge to the map as possible where nio npc are roaming and happened the same as you. infite fines. Use msc editof for the time being because it wont go away.

NPCs spawn almost everywhere random. hell i gotten one at my house once

so it basically you are forced to take the poopy to the station, becuse if npc spawn everywhere randomly i have nio chanse to save a few buck for my self. unless there is a place where to dump it but where
