I think it's better to restart but well it's tiring to do it again but there's no other way it's complicated to revive it

Not that complicated. I haven't tried this myself but it seems legit, as far as i can tell:

"You have to set drunkangry=false, drunkstage=5, movingjobstage=2, movingjobwait=5, drunkendishere=false. Then he will spawn at his house with all his furniture and you can move him to his new house. In addition the suitcase will still exist and is usable."
