change the Hit button for that matter to your left mouse button. Then go to the dude and aim for the head. Sprint towards him and punch him once. Immediately run backwards. Wait for his attack and then its your turn again.

That way its quite easy to get the watch.

the best way ive done it is to get on top of him, you can stand on his head and bend down and just beat on him and he rarely hits you, i drank the strong alcohol first just to be safe but ive done it multiple times without it and only lost like once

I shouldn't have alt+f4'ed when he knocked me down last time you can just get back up.

Yeah normally he can knock you down once - then you will get up again. But if he knocks you down a second time its over.
