if you just slam the brakes, you'll lock the brake
try to brake slowly and know when to gas again
Your tires are probaly really worn or your on dirt which makes sense if you always use full steering lock
Understeering is not caused by lack of steering, but rather by turning the steering wheel too much. Instead of the tires following the road, they skid straight through.
As I advised, you should go slower for corners. 80km/h is the absolute max you can take most. Beyond that, I suggest you turn your steering wheel a lot less. I barely turn mine more than 90 degrees and I can make most turns, with a few exceptions.
Observe how calm my steering is. I don't usually go more than 90 degrees of movement on my wheel.
Well, i should wait more, do more sevage jobs to get the rally suspension and rally tires.
