Не работают квесты / Quests not working

В какой-то момент перестали выполняться квесты. Совсем. Заметил это сначала тогда, когда привез бабушке рыбу. У нее не было корзины. Подумал, ладно, приеду в следующий раз. Поехал на ассенизаторе чистить септики, закидываю шланг, включаю помпу и ничего не набирается.
До этого все работало нормально, не знаю когда произошла эта ошибка.

Quests stopped running. I noticed this at first when I brought fish to my grandmother. She didn't have a basket. I thought, okay, I'll come next time. I went to clean the septic tanks on Gifu, I throw up hose, turn on the pump and nothing happens.
Before that everything worked fine, I do not know when this error occurred.

здравствуйте какая миссия или квест если он не появится с дротиком на карте дома проверить его будет невозможно, для бабушки иногда бывает что она ходит, мужество

Just for understanding - I'm far from new to the game, but this is the first time I've encountered such a bug and I haven't found a thread with a similar problem yet.
