car parts update ?
How about we add the ability to replace the entire braking system, including pads, shoes, drums, and rotors?

An update like that won't happen in MSC, which won't receieve any bigger updates before the 1.0 release. Brake wear is confirmed to not be a thing in MWC as well, due to some technical issues (search the forums if you're interested).

If the dev found problems that he's not able to overcome, I doubt that a modder would be able to do it.
