Uncle won't spawn

I built the satsuma and uncle hasn't spawned. In my experience he spawns a day or two after you start it for the 1rst time, but it's been a week and no uncle. Help.

When the blue van stands in front of uncles house go over there and knock on his door - he will come out and you will get the keys. After that a few days later he will sit in front of his house and will tell you he lost his license.

It's pretty random. I've had him spawn on the first night, but I've also had him spawn on Week 2. Just keep playing.

I have been driving the satsuma for around an in game week. its inspected and everything

He once spawned to me after a month even though i had car built but that's because i always missed opportunity to use the van and that's what triggers his story.

There's an uncle timer in the editor. It's at 10,000 if that means anything.

Do you save the game very often? I found that the van spawned after driving away from home for a while and then come back later without saving during the trip.

Uncle does not spawn in front of the house as long as he has his drivers license. After sleeping or after driving around and coming back - look at uncles backyard if the blue van stands there. If yes - go over and knock on his door to get the key.
After that a new intern timer will start until uncle will loose his license. Then he will spawn in front of the house - talk to him and he will give you the key to the Gifu.
