I have everything installed (full leopard dash, tinted windows, full sound system, CD player and a case with beer) i drove for like 1 hour irl and she didn't say anything about dance pavilion or ski hill, she just said something in finnish but with no subtitles, and i have them on. What am i doing wrong?

She doesn't need god-knows-how-many beer cases, one is enough. As for the rest - I have no idea how to trigger dance hall/ski ramp hangout thing, I think it's random or something (I have same problems with getting her to say that) so just drive around and hope she finally tells you to go there :p I also advise you take some booze with you, since getting wasted with beer takes time, and well.. a lot of beer.

She drinks a few bottles at most. Amount you need to pass out depends on your character's weight, hence I said that you should bring booze with you so you don't need to drink too much.
