Guys after the update i know we need to install light bulb im installing to headlights but still there's no light im purchasing new light bulbs but still there's no light help me pelase.

I have the same issue. Bulbs are installed, wiring appears good, but no lights.
My temp gauge didn't work until a random moment along the road, so maybe they'll just... pop on?

Yes. I even took them off and put them back for good measure.

The high beams are working, but not the low beams

i can't get the front headlights to work at all. got the back ones though. are the ones in the garage just broken? do I need to buy replacements from teimo?

You have to buy light bulbs from Tiemo. The lights you install and bolt on the car are just the reflectors.

Mine have been going in and out, try reloading the game.
