Can you replace tires on mansion wheels + Satsuma GT wreck wheel? (Also rim polish)

Hi, i've been wondering if you can get fleetari to replace the tires on those crappy wheels from the mansion as well as the GT wreck wheel? Also does rim polish make them look new as well if you get fleetari to do it? I've tried rim polish on other wheels to no avail, so i'm assuming the mansion wheels can be polished?

yes and yes. the rims can get new tires and you can polish the mansion rims. (only the mansion rims tho, GT rims dont seem to get effected by this option)
