That's right, I can't see anything. I'm guessing that it's laying on its side or roof. You can turn and/or teleport it using MSC Editor.

reverse into it with the gifu at full speed, jam the little motorbike under the tractor or use MSCeditor

I dont have the gifu and i use the MSCeditor, but dont teleport, i make something wrong.

Open defaultES2file.txt, find the variable called "tractortransform" and try changing the rotation quaternions. I would try changing them all to 0 as I don't know which one is the roll.
