Report a translation problem
1) Backup your current save, take out read only flag from meshsave.exe IF you have it.
2) Start a new game, choose the olive green colour. Save.
3) Open up MSC Editor search for "color", check one of the car parts for its value (RGBA)
4) Copy that value out
5) Switch back to your old Save, open up MSC again and paste the aformentioned value into any carpart category u want to have changed.
6) Change on any car part the painttype value to 0.
7) Save and Done. If done right your car should be rusty again and have your preferred color.
