what does it do?

Ultimate game over, grandma's ghost stalks you day and night, until your character goes insane and dies. When that happens, your save gets deleted, your game gets deleted, your computer's drives get formatted and your computer bursts into flames.

When your grandma dies in-game, grandmadead is set to true. As long as grandmadead is true, grandma will never appear again.

Hello! There is a mission on Sunday. Grandma calls in the morning and asks for a ride to the church (satsuma or rusco, hayosiko is too "tall" and grandma will not get there). She says if you can't make it, she'll go on foot. There is then a risk - the rally car can hit her and she will die (the second round of the rally takes place on Sunday).
Of course, if you go for her, there is also a chance that she will not survive it . So it's better to drive carefully.
If Granny dies, she won't appear in the game world anymore. (without cheats).
