How do you use the floor jack?

No matter what i do, it just says "lower jack fully to move"

Right clicking it seems to lower it... ive lowered it down... how do i move it?

Press C twice so you are crouching. Then go to the jack untill you see the yellow text "floor jack" and click left mouse button. I don't know if you're supposed to "double crouch"? But I'm having a hard time picking some things up when not doing that...
