Well if you use some barely known site that goes "MSC 100% FINISHED 10000000000000000MILION DOLLAR ALL CAR UNLOCK BEST SAVE NO VIRUS DOWNLOAD NOW ULTIMATE" then sure, you would get a virus... but if you use Nexus or Racedepartment... the chances of virus get lower, however I advice you to use Nexus as they apparently scan files to make sure no viruses are being downloaded
