satsuma hard to start

my satsuma is fully built, charged battery and it will start, but it takes a lot of effort, i have to fiddle around with the choke a lot and it takes normally about 3 minutes to start, and it's very annoying.

my carburetor is at 14.1

Check the starter or the fuel pump

If the car cranks for 1 sec it's the starter. If it cranks but won't start and sometimes starts then is the fuel pump

both starter and fuel pump arent broken and the wear is like 10 - 20 for them in msceditor

Does it say 10.0? It should be 100, try to change it in MSc editor

aaaah yes this problem, i have this all the time every time when i try to start my sats when i have saved and load my game. Even if there is nothing wrong with the car it will still do that, the only way get it going without killing the battery is to get the choke in exactly the right place for how long it has not been used, say when you leave the car for 2 in game days then you use about one in three quarters of the choke, 4-5 days then you use half of it and a week full choke. Again thought it is a crap shoot at best and often you will find that just using 1/3 of the choke and flooring the accelerator and cranking the starter until it fires is just the best way to do it
