Delivering firewood?

I have been to the guy who buys firewood twice now with a full trailer and both times he didn't open the door. The first time, I dumped the firewood there and checked the next day for payment and the second time, I went there on a sunday afternoon and left the trailer there for now without dumping the wood on the ground.

He told me on the phone, I can deliver anytime and I filled the trailer until the pile on it stopped growing. Is there anything to look out for, does he appear only at certain times or is his mission time limited? He called like 3 days ago and I saved in the meantime.

The guy appears in front of his house from 6 to 22, if you drop off the wood while he isn't there you won't get paid.

So is it random if he's there or not? I've been there from 6 to 22 both times. I guess, I'll try again.

this, the "anytime" is rather anyday.

its not random, he appears there from 6 to 22 at any day of the week

I checked the map, and the flag is gone. So, it probably counted as completed when I dropped it off the first time without payment.

yea must likely, you can wait another 8 hours for new firewood delivery
