Guys What is the best graphics settings. Mark hates kittens has a smooth game but i maxed the settings and i got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphic

Open up a book and read it. I can't understand what you are writing.
But the best graphic setting is GoldenEye. Check your resolution too.

And check your hardware. He has the following:
Q: What are your system specs?
A: The relevant bits:
- Intel Core i5-7600K @ 4.7GHz (for now)
- MSI GTX 970 Gaming G4
- MSI Z270 SLI Plus

If your hardware isn't comparable to that I wouldn't expect too similar an experience.

Actually there is no any visible difference from "Better" to "Golden eye" though.
"♥♥♥♥♥♥" one is however, well, this is what name says it.
