how long does it take for fleetari to put tires on rims

i bought some new rims and i gave them to fleetari to put some rally tires on, how much longer will it take him to put them on?

He does not work weekends so those days will you can never pick anything up. Most things in MSC are based on real-time not game-time so the amount of days is irrelevant I believe the normal amount of time for him to do things is like 30-45 minutes (real-time).
