Ventti, delivering wreck cars, making Kilju, delivering firewood, delivering adverts (currently in beta), cleaning sewage, picking strawberries, etc.

Making Kilju is the game's equivalent to an ATM and your uncle's credit card.

Given that you need beaucoup money to replace or repair the many worn-out engine parts you start with just to make the Satsuma worth driving, and because you need to do this BEFORE building the engine, you've got it backwards. Your main activity is doing jobs and the Satsuma is a hobby you squeeze into the brief intervals between jobs :).

OR you can cheat yourself a fortune, unplug the phone, and just build the car.

For most jobs, you have to wait on a phone call. Old tutorials say you can do them whenever but I've found this not to be the case these days. But don't worry, the phone will ring frequently.

If you wait for all 5 septic tanks to fill, doing the whole run will net your about 3000mk (after paying disposal fees and refueling the truck) over 2-3 game days of driving and pumping (provided you don't fall in a septic tank). It repeats about once per week (to get all 5 calls for the tanks).

The firewood job also nets you about 3000mk for 1 day's work and repeats about once per game week. Plus, chopping the wood eliminates stress. This seems to be the quickest, safest money-maker, although you'll eventually need to refuel the tractor.

The 3 wrecked cars can only be done once each. Combined, they pay 9700mk but you burn 1000-2000mk of diesel going them all. Each of the 3 jobs takes 1-2 days.

Kilju seems to be doable any time you want without a phone call, but the logistics mean that if you do nothing else, you can still only do this about once a week. Also, it doesn't pay any more than the septic and firewood jobs. You need 20 empty juice bottles but the store only stocks 5 so you need at least 4 trips to get started. You only have to do this once (if you don't lose any) but after that, you still need to pick up the empties at the landfill after each batch. The ingredients for 1 batch only cost about 50mk but you burn a lot of fuel and time driving back and forth between the landfill, your cookhouse, and Jokke's. So, even if you make all 20 jars perfectly, you net only about 3000mk per batch.

Picking strawberries takes a lot of time, wears you out, and doesn't pay nearly as much for the effort as the main jobs above. The most you can make, if you're a real masochist and do it repeatedly, is ~1300mk, up from the 1200mk beginners can get, so don't see any reason for doing it.

Delivering advertisements takes a lot of time and doesn't pay but 675mk (less fuel) for a complete job. But hey, it's an excuse to ride the Jonnez, which otherwise seems completely useless.

Don't make a special trip just for Grandma, just stop by her place as you pass by on other business, for a bit of extra money. She doesn't pay enough to do by herself.

Jokke is unavoidable. Even if you unplug your phone at night, you'll still wake up with zero fatigue at 0200 without the phone ringing, so might as well leave it plugged in. You'll lose money making a special trip for him (more fuel burned than payout) so let the bastid rot until you need to go to town anyway. But at least he can't call you again while he's waiting. Once you suffer through this 5 times, however, you get the opportunity for bigger scores.
