1. Unzip Mod Loader and run its launcher. This downloads the actual Mod Loader files and launches its installation process.
2. When the little Mod Loader set-up box appears, the middle option for where the mods are, which is labeled "MSC\Mods folder" or something central has a ? showing instead of a path, so you can't use this yet. First, you have to point Mod Loader at your MSC folder. There's a button in the upper left corner of the Mod Loader box that says "MSC Folder". Click on this and a view of your file system will appear. Click through this until you arrive at c:\Program Files(86x)\Steam\steam apps\common\My Summer Car and click OK.
3. When you do step #2, Mod Loader creates at \Mods folder off your MSC folder and puts some of its own resources in there. Also, the middle mod location option (MSC\Mods) is now available.
So select it now. You don't have to create this folder yourself. Now that this folder exists, put the .dll files for your actual mods in this new \My Summer Car\Mods folder.
4. On the Mod Loader box, in the upper right corner is a button called "Launch MSC". Click that. Once you hit "Continue" or "New Game", you should briefly see the Mod Loader text in the upper left corner of the screen and your mods should be working.
