Set rear shock absorbers to maximum bump (red B screw, rotate it all the way clockwise), and leave rebound at middle (blue R screw). Then set front struts to almost maximum bump (rotate all the way clockwise, then rotate 2 or 3 ticks anti-clockwise), and leave rebound at middle. You will need to use a screwdriver to rotate the screws.

Isnt the red one rebound and blue bump?
