Smoking kills

Has anyone got this achievement to work? I have permadeath enabled and refueled my car and the truck while smoking, but nothing happened.

Try refueling Satsuma and/or throwing cig during refueling (double tap i)

Yes, I necro threads when I don't want to make a new one. This one, because so few have this achievement, and I think I got the process down.

Alright, had to mess around a bit to get this to work. Definitely doesn't work with Diesel, as Tommy said, and you don't need to drive a working Satsuma all the way to the gas station just to kill yourself. It works with the petrol can!

So, get your cigarette, smoke it until it's almost done, then start fueling with petrol (the can, or I guess the Satsuma, sure, might even work with the Ruckso). Finish your cigarette while fueling and flick it *directly* into your fuel opening. Enjoy your swift death.
