Xbox one controller problem

Help i cant press brake and throttle at the same time binds are joy 1 axis 3+, joy joy 1 axis 3 -

You can not change it. the triggers are Axis3 - one is in the positiv direction the other one in the negative. What would be the sense of pressing the brake and the gas at the same time?

If you want to rev the engine - bind a button to the clutch and hold it down.

it worked fine for me on different computer

Maybe you can change that in your wheel driver, at least in Logitech it can be switched whether brake/accelerate are combined on same axis or different.

the triggers are acting as combined pedals/triggers. so both of the triggers axis are combined. there should be an ability to change this but im not sure for controler.

you can access the Joy config by pressing windows+R and type "joy.cpl" without quotation marks. This will open a box with some settings. see if any are useful.
