Why can you turn the flywheel?
Just found out about it and i couldnt find any results for it?

You turn it to allign the camshaft. If not, the engine will blow. Allign the pin on the wheel with the pin on the block.

you can rotate it to access bolts when replacing the clutch via the inspection cover.

iirc you turn it to reach bolts on clutch
