How to change?
When you enter the house directly after the door on the right side is the fuse table. The fuses have a red dot in the middle - when this dot is black the fuse is broken and has to be changed. First turn off the electricity with the switch underneath. then screw the faulty fuse out. Take the fuse holder and put a new fuse in. Then put the fuse back to the fusetable and screw it back in. Last turn on the power switch again.

If it's not a bad fuse then make sure your Power bill is paid up.
