Using the fuel pumps when the store is closed.
For those who don't know, you can use the fuel pumps after the store is closed. Get in the pub, jump the counter and go to the room in the back. There are 2 switches on the wall. Just turn them on, go outside and the pumps should now work.

Does shop owner knows that you stealed fuel everytime? I did it twice, next day he called me and I had to pay for it.
