Report a translation problem
The tracks are named "trackx.ogg" with the x being a running integer number starting from 1.
The tracks are placed in steamapps/common/MySummerCar/Radio
You have turned on "import songs" option in Graphic settings (this might be the problem here)
You have started the game and loaded the game with the files in the folder.
You have turned on a radio and tuned in the channels that is usually not playing music but has couple advertisements running.
Ok ill break it down
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\My Summer Car\Radio
Open your web browser and go to "http://media.io/"
Click in the window that says "Select Files to Upload" Navigate to your MP3 files
Select up to 99 files you want to make into .OGG music files for MSC
Select the Output Format .ogg
Select "Normal" quality (this results in minimal loss form MP3 format as compression is already pretty severe.
Wait for conversion to complete
As files complete conversion change their names to "Track1.ogg" where "1" is the number of track from 1 - 99 (just type in "track" highlight it and Ctrl+C to copy it then on each track you can "rename" it and just Ctrl+V and hit a number and hit Enter
Finally every time you launch MSC you have to click the top bubble to import music, wait two seconds and then press continue.
