Where did my packages go?

I ordered a bunch of parts, got the call and came to the shop to pay. Now that I've paid, I have no clue where my packages are. From reading other posts, it seems they're supposed to appear on the loading platform near the gas pumps, but there's nothing there for me. I thought it was a glitch so I reloaded and tried it again, but with the exact same results. Is my game broken? Are the packages appearing somewhere else now?

They look like little boxes, not very noticeable. Are you sure they're not up that little step to the left of the shop?

Once I had this bug too. Payed for the package but the boxes didn't appear. Quitting without saving and loading and trying again didn't work. Yes, I do know they appear on the loading bay. I ordered four things and none of the boxes appeared. I saved behind the store then. Maybe that was the culprit. The bug didn't appear when I came straight from home after picking up the phone call about the package.

I'm having the same issue again. Coming straight from home or saving behind the store, the packages still don't appear. They're not under the loading bay either.

I had a problem where I could only open the packages (in the loading bay, make sure to check there people) but couldn't lift the items, had to save and load to be able to do that

Update (not really): still suffering from this issue. Saving and reloading doesn't help at all. I've paid for them now, too. Well... that's three days of crap sucking wasted.

The first time buying I didn't know where my items would appear and drove away, and on another beer run discovered them, but unpacked unlike above. The second time ordering didn't go so well. I think the price was wrong (not quite sure what I ordered) and the boxes never appeared.
